Scholarships Requirements are described below. The Arlington Heights Junior Woman's Club will be awarding at least one $1000 scholarship to a deserving student who has demonstrated a commitment of service and volunteerism. All applicants must be graduating high school seniors between the ages of 16 and 22 and legal residents of Arlington Heights as of the date of application. The scholarship award will be sent directly to the recipient's chosen school. Applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee of the Arlington Heights Junior Woman's Club. Selection will be based on volunteerism, extracurricular activities, academic achievement and a written essay. This year the application is available electronically. Annual Spring Fundraiser
Our main fundraiser of the year is a members organized social event, generally held in the spring at a local venue.
The event will be a luncheon celebrating our 75 years of service and volunteerism to the community and will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2009 at the European Crystal Banquet facility. More information will be posted soon.
