Upcoming AHJWC Meetings, Events & Projects!

Welcome to the Arlington Heights Junior Woman’s Club website! Please take a moment to look around the website at all the events we have planned and upcoming meeting dates. Guests are always welcome to attend our general meetings held on the third Wednesday of each month at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Arlington Heights. We meet September through May at 7pm in the chapel.

Juniors is a not for profit service club in Arlington Heights, IL. Our mission is to promote community interests, provide community service, and support philanthropies selected by the club and to foster friendship among women. For over 75 years we have participated in and organized service projects that have changed to meet the current needs and lifestyles of the community. We are member driven. The interests of our member’s influences what club will support during the year. Some of our projects have supported the following organizations: PADS, hosting the Wish Tree for Wheeling Township during December, Clearbrook, WINGS and Northwest Community Hospital.

While serving our community, we also like to have fun! Being able to meet other women who share a sense of community and volunteerism is a major plus of joining Arlington Heights Junior Woman’s Club. In addition to the service projects that are the foundation of our club we hold many social events that members can attend. Social events can be a potluck, ladies night out, a couples outing to Top Golf and more. It is a great group of women to be a part of!

I am very honored to be able to lead Junior’s this year as President. It is a wonderful group of sincere women who work hard and have fun while doing it. If you’ve been thinking about doing something new this year or getting involved more with the community please join us at our next general meeting. You’ll be glad you did!
